Simply send us three or four full body pictures of your pet (and/or head and shoulder photos for busts), the more the better, if they have a mannerism you want captured (the head tilt is a favourite) then we will use your photos to create a realistic 3D sculpture.
We then send you photos of the finished product and if you are happy it is dispatched in a secure, padded package directly to your door.
We also provide a free A4 professional full colour photo print of the photo we used to create your pet sculpture for you to frame or keep with your statue.
How we do it
The sculpture is produced from one of our cutting edge colour 3D printers BUT as the saying goes, rubbish in, rubbish out, so most time is spent on the digital artistry to create the best and most realistic 3D model of your pet we can.
Using 3D sculpting software used in most movies for their VFX, the photos provided and a dash of AI we can craft a lifelike digital model that is then imported to the 3D printer.
We use a high resolution 3D Digital Model of typically many millions of polygons so if you want it scaled up it can be done so without losing any detail, this extends print time but we feel its a price worth paying for quality.
Prints can take from 6-72 hours depending on size and complexity (you don't want to know what we say when a print job goes wrong 36 hours in to a 3 day print!). Then any digital painting is augmented, hand finished and finessed to ensure your sculpture is as close as possible to your beloved pet. Then it is quality checked and your unique sculpture sent out to you.
How to Order
We are working on an online submission form but in the meantime please send us an email (info@pawprintgallery.com) with at least three or four good quality full body images of your pet and we will promptly respond with the procedures and if any more photos are needed.
You can pay in full on order or give a 50% deposit and the remainder due on acceptance of the finished sculpture.

LEAD TIME
Sculptures usually take a few hours to prepare in the 3D sculpting software then between 6-72 hours to print depending on size and complexity.
We do use multiple printers and try to get your order finished as quickly as possible and it usually gets turned around within 48 hours.
